Seven Plus One is written for seven instruments — double bass, cello, winds, two voices, film audio, and recorded pipe organ — and the space itself. The performance unfolds across four musical acts, each carrying a distinct sonic identity: seven timbres, seven tonal colours, seven vibratory presences in dialogue with one another and with the architecture. The sounds reverberate through the Sala delle Cariatidi via an eight-channel audio system distributed across the room.
